		<description>This is a great post, Michelle! One of the biggest gaps in the  American education system is teaching people how to budget and plan personal finances. Without this sort of education, individuals and couples are essentially left to fend for themselves.

What you&#039;re proposing here isn&#039;t overly complicated but absolutely critical to financial success: open discussion and forethought, budgeting, and spending less than you make.</description>

		<description>I suppose the idea of being kidnapped could help you learn to deal with situations under pressure.  Maybe.  But I feel it would better teach you to hold on to life and hope.  Not to mention I think the word POISED makes it sound odd.  It&#039;s as if while kidnapped she remained professional... weird.</description>
