As context for my musing, here are a few things about me.
I am a follower of Jesus Christ. He saved me from my sin and has given me the opportunity to live a rich life of praising him, growing in my family and church community, serving the underprivileged, and working for justice.
I am married to my high school sweetheart, Clayton, the love of my life. He pushes me to love God, use my gifts, and serve the people around me. We work together in everything that we do.
I am an English teacher; therefore, I will often reflect on working with high school students, how people relate, books, and writing. I teach Creative Writing, American Literature, and next year, I will undertake the school Yearbook. Yikes!
